Executive chef Antony Bennett has created (possibly) the world’s first Paella de Chocolate…and here he provides step-by-step instructions on how to create this mouth watering, pan of chocolatey goodness.
I’d been thinking about this for a long time, making a chocolate paella must be possible. There are millions of chocolate rice puddings, or even sweet risottos (same thing really) but it’s definitely not the done thing to make a chocolate paella, at least in the traditional way which even after four years of banging the Paella drum, I still enjoying explaining the difference between a risotto and a paella, the method is SO VERY, VERY different. After weeks of tinkering and tweaking and of course tasting, here is my recipe.
