Leisure Connection announces rebrand to ‘1Life’

Leading leisure centre operator, Leisure Connection, has announced that it is rebranding its consumer brand to ‘1Life’. The brand will be rolled out across its estate of more than 40 leisure facilities before April 2014, after the brand officially launches in January.

  • The new brand will bring to life the many services and facilities currently offered by the leisure management company with the overall aim of encouraging everyone to get the most out of life
  • From leisure centres and sports halls to theatres, Leisure Connection, under the new ‘1Life’ brand will engage with people and communities, to enhance through health and wellbeing, sport and activity, learning and the arts
  • The ‘1Life’ brand will provide Les Mills exercise programmes combined with products available from MYZONE® and Fitbit® to further support members on their fitness journeys


Neil King, Managing Director at Leisure Connection, commented:

We know that the way people use our facilities is changing and through this new brand we want to engage the people and communities using our facilities to enhance their lives.  We are more than a gym, a swimming pool and even a sports hall.  We will also be doing all we can to target and engage non-users and leaving the four walls of our leisure centres to do more outreach.  It’s an exciting time for the brand and the company…roll on 2014!
